Chief Engineer
Kishore Duwadi serves as Chief Engineer and brings more than 15 years of experience in natural gas storage, liquefaction, and regasification infrastructure across utility-scale and distributed energy platforms.
Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Storage and Senior Engineer at Northwest Natural Gas Company, a publicly traded utility serving Oregon and Washington. In that capacity, he was responsible for the design, operation, and oversight of major underground gas storage assets and peak shaving facilities supporting regional energy reliability.
Previously, as Chief Engineer at Applied LNG, Mr. Duwadi led the design and construction of two natural gas liquefaction plants in Topock, Arizona and Midlothian, Texas, along with associated storage and distribution facilities. He oversaw projects from detailed engineering through commissioning and operational handover.
His earlier experience includes serving as Supervising Engineer for the Newport LNG Peak Shaving Plant, where he led plant upgrades across liquefaction and vaporization systems, and as Lead Engineer for the Mist Underground Storage and Base Load Facility, featuring approximately 1 Bcf of storage capacity and 60 MMscfd of vaporization capability.
Mr. Duwadi is a registered Professional Engineer in California, Arizona, and Texas. He holds an Associate Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Government College, Darjeeling, India, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering and Automotive Diesel Technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
