Mr. Berger is a Strategic Advisor and Founding Board Member of Boreas Natural Gas. He brings extensive experience in scaling infrastructure companies and connecting operating businesses with institutional capital.

Mr. Berger is the co-founder of GridHawk, where he played a pivotal role in building the company from inception to a nationwide operation with thousands of field technicians. His experience scaling GridHawk's operational infrastructure and go-to-market strategy provides valuable insight into Boreas's expansion of its Mobile Storage and Regasification Unit (MSRU) platform.

Currently, Mr. Berger serves as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at McGuireWoods LLP, a leading international law firm. In this capacity, he leads business development initiatives for the firm's private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and debt finance practice groups. He leverages the firm's extensive relationships with capital providers and operating companies to facilitate growth transactions and strategic partnerships.

Throughout his career, Mr. Berger has maintained an active investment portfolio in private entrepreneurial companies, with particular focus on businesses at the intersection of infrastructure, technology, and professional services. His deep experience in corporate finance and capital markets enables him to help management teams structure and execute transformational growth strategies.

Mr. Berger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Individual Studies from the University of Maryland. The Legal Sales and Service Organization recognized him as Sales & Service Executive of the Year in the large-firm category for initiatives that drove significant revenue growth in 2018.
